Winch CE Testing  
 

     The picture of the test for the function of automatic brake and slippage of a wire rope,
     superintended by Europe TUEV (CE Mark) and KISCO (
¨ß Mark) according to the program
     of the Safety & Health Regulation of Europe and Korea.

 -< Testing by TUEV of Germany for CE Mark >-
 
 1) Testing on :-
     A) 100 hours continuous running. 
     B) Numbers of cycles (Up & Down) : 21,000
     C) Methods;-
         aa) Limit switch sensor on top & bottom
         bb) Each 3 sec resting on top position
              and bottom position.
         cc) Working distance between top &
              bottom ; 80 cm
         dd) Test under full load/speed for two
              models:- YU8F-03 & YU8F-05.
  
2) Results ;-
     A) Wire has replaced twice.
     B) But Pulley has no wears found by
         magnifying lens. (hardened & ground)
     C) Pulley material is SCM 440
         ( equiv. AISI 4140,4142)
     D) Gears were little bit worn out with noise
         up to dB74, but still it's OK.
     E) For the above test the wires were worn out
         at one side only, but for the normal
         applications it would be all right,
         because it will be not only one side.
