RDP has two types (Disc Type & Cylinder Type), with four sizes
(420mm, 550mm,

it has either three colors (red, green, yellow) or mono color.

Headline News, Transportation Schedule, etc. in various forms,
with the accurate
& appealing drawings supported by versatile softwares.

As above mentioned, this product is designed based on latent effect
theory.
- In the event LED Array is
positioned under a certain distance and is rotated
over a certain speed
(24 frames/sec), owing to latent effect of human being's eye,
even those empty
areas between LED Array are shown as if there are also LED
Array.
- In this way advertising information
can be displayed on the whole screen, thereby
with only 1/16~1/32
numbers of LED it is possible to constitute the same size of
screen, and that
consequently possible with only 1/10~1/20 consumption of power.

Latent
(After-Image) Effect
-
Flickering the LED according to the shape of character (or image,
etc.) to be displayed,
during
rotating the revolving drum with speed of 300 rpm (5 revolutions per sec).

In case of 4 ea of LED lines in the rotator (revolving drum), make
up of 4 ea of scene
per
revolution is possible ¡æ Formation of 40 scenes (Frames) per sec.
- In case of executing
these scenes continuously, we can realize the same motions
as equal effects
from the movies or the animation cartoon films.

In the conventional animation cartoon films, 24~32 frames per sec
is used,
however
our revolving rotator is adopting 40 frames per sec, therefore
more sophisticated
animations are secured
Results of Our Invention utilizing Latent Effect
- With much smaller LED
quantity (only 1/16 ~ 1/32 of that of the conventional LED panels),
it can
display
equivalent size of images, meanwhile with much less power consumption
rate (with only 1/10~1/20
electric power of conventional LED panels) it can be running
for whole 24 hours / day.

RPDs are the fourth powerful
advertisement media next to Newspaper, TV & Internet.
- The newly developed
RDP communication S/W enables to release a full spectrum of
daily headline
news, transportation time schedule, weather forecast, etc. and in
addition
enables to
load images & characters for the clients at convenient time
to the designated RDPs
thru which
the advertisements, ordered by the customers, are to be sent.
