1) In general the liquid nitrogen preserving
method keep the important samples for long
period, however this method is dangerous
owing to the risk of leakage resulting in
nitrogen gas contamination.
2) Recently the smples are kept in nitrogen
gas by vaporizing the liquid nitrogen.
Liquid nitrogen becomes gas around at -150¡É,
which is the same temperature of our
cyrogenic freezers.
3) Therefore our freezer is more safe without
danger of contamination of samples and
realizes a new long period preserving
environment.

In order to keep the cells & tissues in the ultra
low temperatue freezer, it is important to be
able to control the movement of microscopic
crystals inside & ourside of the tissue. This
