Hydraulic Hammer

Double Action System -- Working Principle;-

-< Rising Up >-

 -< Falling Down >-

     -< Rising Up >-

1) Logic Valve#2 is closed, Valve #1 is opened.
 2) Hydraulic pressure form the pump enters
into the cylinder lower room, the oil in the
upper room goes return back to the tank,
therefore the cylinder is reduced and
     the ram goes up.
 3) At the same time the remaining hydraulic
pressure is stored in the accumulator.

    -< Falling Down >-

1) Logic Valve #2 is opened, Valve #1 is closed.
  2) Hydraulic pressure from the pump and the oil
in the lower room go to the cylinder upper room
      via valve #2.
  3) Simultaneously the oil pushed by high pressure
of the accumulator goes to the cylinder upper
room via valve #2 , thus the piston rod is
      rapidly accelerated.
  4) The cylinder is pushed, the ram is accelerated,
      therefore it becomes impact energe.
